Shoe Palace is seeking motivated individuals to join our retail team and help deliver a top‑tier customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and is passionate about footwear retail.

• Create an engaging shopping environment for customers, welcoming them and offering assistance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked store.
• Operate sales floor activities, including running errands, climbing ladders to restock, and handling shoe sales transactions.
• Promote new merchandise and share product knowledge to increase sales.

• Age 18 or older (16+ with appropriate work permits).
• Open availability on weekends.
• Outgoing and energetic personality with a genuine interest in current fashion and footwear trends.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Experience in sales, preferably athletic shoes, is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to thrive in a driven, entrepreneurial team environment.
