• Experience with building a team (hiring, training, coaching, and terminating)
• Leadership development experience and ability to grow a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively
• Ability to provide leadership and inspire people with fun, positive energy
• Strong operational, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Work 40-45 hours a week & on weekends (no exceptions)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
