In this position you will drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retail partners, The Home Depot. This role provides the opportunity to enhance your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a fast‑paced and rewarding company.

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored TTI product solutions.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell‑through.
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell‑through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales‑readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement and completion of store objectives and resets, leveraging data analytics through Microsoft Power BI to guide decisions.
• Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s world‑class training program to be equipped with the knowledge to work independently within your assigned market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution and cultivate long‑term business partnerships.
• Effectively manage inventory levels through down‑stocking, maintaining product accessibility, and ensuring prompt reporting of all tasks and responsibilities.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support TTI’s relentless innovation, ensuring the timely placement of cutting‑edge products and solutions that drive growth and meet evolving market needs, all while adhering to TTI’s safety protocols.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one full year in one state.
• Personal vehicle or reliable transportation and possession of valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Ability to travel to/ from assigned store locations as well as occasional travel for meetings and events – including air travel.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs., use ladders, and handle small objects for product setup.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
• Must be self‑motivated, a team player, and possess strong organizational, planning and time‑management skills.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets.
• Higher education preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.

• Salary (Non‑Exempt, Overtime Eligible): $24.04–$25.96/hour, equating to a target annual salary of $50,000–$54,000.
• Sales contests and incentives to earn additional income.
• Vehicle allowance of $400/month ($4,800/year pre‑tax).
