About the RoleStar Sleep & Wellness is growing! We are seeking a dynamic and professional Physician Relationship Coordinator to drive referral growth and build strong relationships within the healthcare industry. This role involves extensive fieldwork, strategic outreach, and brand representation, ensuring our company maintains its high-end image and reputation. The position will be based in Pearland, Texas.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Relationship Building:
Conduct 12+ daily office visits to grow referral partnerships. - Networking:
Attend planned lunches, dinners, and local conferences to deepen engagement. - Travel:
Potentially visit our other offices in Texas, North Carolina and Florida periodically. - CRM & Reporting:
Log activities in CRM; prepare quarterly performance reports (training provided). - Client Acquisition:
Proactively identify and nurture new referral sources for steady growth. - Professionalism:
Maintain a polished, high-end representation of self and company.
- Sales, business development, or relationship management experience (healthcare a plus but not required).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools; reporting experience preferred but not required (will be trained).
- Professional presence suitable for industry events.
