Inside Sales Representative – Pearland, TX
Emerson is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to support our sales representatives with technical support, pre‑sale, and post‑sales activities. You will partner with customers to help make the world healthier, safer, and balanced.

• Provide full customer service and order management
• Take ownership to understand customer needs
• Offer product alternatives based on clear application requirements
• Serve as an information resource for Field Sales Representatives
• Improve the scope of supply
• Review incoming order requests
• Identify opportunities for expanding sales through additional options and complementary products
• Represent Rosemount policies and practices appropriately in all communications

• Associate’s Degree
• Three (3) years of related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a global, heavily matrixed organization, with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a technical field
• Bi‑lingual language skills
