Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.

Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies and procedures, assists with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocks and secures Pharmacy supplies, enters prescription information, files prescriptions and completes and maintains required paperwork.

Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organizes and maintains the area by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing paperwork logs.

Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifies priorities, deadlines and expectations, communicates progress, recommends improvement opportunities, adapts to learning from change and feedback.

Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
