Physician Liaison – Pearland, TX

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a full-time Physician Liaison – South Houston to support three clinic locations across the South Houston area.

The Physician Liaison serves as the primary relationship-builder between our clinics and the local healthcare community. This is a field-based business development and relationship management role focused on growing patient referrals, strengthening relationships with physicians and their staff, and increasing awareness of FYZICAL’s services throughout the South Houston market.

Because our clinics are at different stages of growth, this role requires a balance of relationship management and new business development
. In established markets, the Liaison will maintain and strengthen existing referral relationships, identify opportunities to deepen partnerships, and keep FYZICAL top of mind among referral sources. In developing markets, the Liaison will identify prospective referral sources, establish new connections, and build relationships that generate sustainable referral growth.

The Liaison will work closely with leadership and clinical teams across all participating locations to understand each clinic’s priorities, analyze referral trends, identify growth opportunities, and determine where outreach efforts can have the greatest impact. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable both maintaining long-term professional relationships and opening doors with new referral sources. This position requires someone who can work independently in the field while taking a thoughtful, data-informed approach to territory development.
