Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and/or reporting issues to the appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as conditions vary by site;
Monitor access points and community activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, disturbances, and/or unusual behavior within the location;
Support property rules and community protocols by communicating professionally with residents and guests, addressing routine questions, and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns
