Position: Electrical Foreman (Commercial) - Houston, TX

Enterprise Electrical is a fast‑growing commercial electrical contractor based in Houston, TX that specializes in Design‑Build projects. We are looking to add a Commercial Foreman to the team.

Someone who possesses strong leadership and management abilities to oversee teams of electricians, ensuring efficient project execution. We want a foreman who is technically proficient, holds the necessary licenses and certifications, and demonstrates problem‑solving abilities.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Must be organized, plan and coordinate work ahead of time.
  • Manage each project effectively by ensuring that all materials, tools, equipment, and job information are on the job site.
  • Treat client with the highest degree of respect and work to develop a partnership environment.
  • Investigate and problem‑solve to determine the most efficient way to install changes to existing service.
  • Work as a team member by assisting others where needed and following a neat and process‑oriented work style.
  • Be efficient with your time and materials while ensuring top quality electrical installations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively on any issues or room for improvement.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining all tools and materials.
  • Attention to detail/Projects.
  • Handle every client request with professionalism.
  • Estimate the general amount of time and material to complete service tasks, considering the needs and manpower requirements.
  • Work from all types of ladders (step ladders up to 14’, “A” frame ladders, and all size extension ladders) and carry and relocate up to 12’ step ladders by oneself.
  • Personal weight and personal tools cannot exceed weight limit of ladder (Class 1 – 250 lbs., Class 1A – 300 lbs.).
  • Perform work at various heights, up to 90’ from ladders. Scaffold, aerial lifts, cat walks or other safe work areas.
  • Work in restricted areas (Switchgear room, manholes, utility tunnels, crawl spaces, and attics).
  • Always wear personal protective equipment (hard hat and safety glasses).
  • Able to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime as required.
  • Lift 51 pounds, 20 times per day.
  • Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
  • Constantly moving your feet.
  • Climb ladders (all types).
Skills and Qualification
  • License: TDLR Journeyman or Master Electrical License (Required)
  • TX  DL (Required)
  • Minimum of 3+ years documented field work in the commercial industry.
  • Able to manage 5 to 30 men.
  • Size of Projects: $10,000K – $15M
  • Willing to travel as needed.
  • Punctual, motivated and detail oriented.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal: possess strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse and fast‑paced environment.
