Position Summary
Full‑time or part‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasionally Saturdays). Pay starts at $30 per hour with a $40 per job trip allowance. This is a W2 position with flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while providing high‑quality craftsmanship for residential and commercial projects around Houston, including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywall, Light Plumbing, and Electrical. Candidates will travel to job sites using their own vehicle.

Provide skilled carpentry and related services on assigned job sites, ensuring quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Work independently and manage own schedule while collaborating with office personnel and management.
Job Requirements- Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively with clients and team members
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Own truck or van
- Must reside within 15 miles of Pearland
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Track record as a carpenter/craftsman with estimation and home inspection experience preferred
- Capability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
- Own standard set of tools for all listed trades
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
$30.00 per hour plus benefits and performance bonuses.
