Fleet Technicians – Nationwide Travel – Pearland, TX

Bolton Holdings, LLC is seeking experienced Fleet Technicians to join their team in Pearland, Texas. This role involves performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and adjustments on fleet trailers and vehicles. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and possesses strong mechanical knowledge, with a passion for problem-solving and safety.

• 2+ years of fleet maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Understanding of hydraulic systems
• Experience with diesel engine maintenance and troubleshooting (preferred)
• Familiarity with high- and low-voltage electrical systems
• Mechanical experience with trailers and air brake systems (preferred)
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and safety mindset
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and walk on various surfaces
• Willingness to work overtime and travel nationwide as needed

• Diesel engine maintenance and troubleshooting experience
• Mechanical experience around trailers and air brake systems
