Industrial Field Technician

Bring your energy to Aggreko as an Industrial Field Technician based in Houston, TX. You'll support temporary cooling tower solutions primarily at refineries and heavy industrial facilities. Technician supports the full project lifecycle, including equipment installation/setup, ongoing maintenance and repair while deployed, and equipment decommissioning/teardown.

What you'll do as an Industrial Field Technician:

Significant pipe fitting, piping and hose hookup
Installation/setup of temporary cooling tower equipment
Pumps and motors – installation, maintenance, repair/replacement and rotation checks
Basic industrial electrical work/troubleshooting; approximately electrician-apprentice level
Cooling tower equipment maintenance and inspection
Supporting heat exchanger and chiller hookups through piping/hoses; not heavy HVAC/chiller repair
Equipment testing and preparation
Manual valve operation and other physically demanding field work
Equipment teardown/decommissioning after project completion
Daily jobsite safety and inventory responsibilities
