The Villas at Shadow Creek is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical tasks, and equipment maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service.
Minimum 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit residential maintenance; HS diploma or GED required (3–4 years experience may offset); HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications are a plus. Weekend work may be required.
