Tutoring & After School company in Pearland is looking for a reliable and caring After School Bus Driver to join our team in Pearland, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students by ensuring they get home safely every day. • Safely transport students from school to the learning center on an established after school route
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
• Maintain order and a positive environment on the bus for all student passengers
• Follow all traffic laws, school zone regulations, and company safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and supervisors regarding route updates or incidents
• Monitor student behavior and ensure all riders are accounted for at each stop
• Keep accurate records of mileage, routes, and any incidents or irregularities

• Valid Texas Driver's License (DL)
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong knowledge of Pearland, TX roadways and surrounding areas
• Patient, responsible, and dependable with a genuine care for student safety
• Ability to work afternoon hours consistently, Monday through Friday
