Service Representative - Eyewash​/WaterBreak

Job Description

Cintas is hiring a Service Representative in Training/Bench for our Eyewash/Water Break line of products. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing customers’ eyewash stations and Water Break units, operating equipment safely, and selling the Eyewash and Water Break product lines to First Aid and Safety (FAS) customers.

• Actively participate in on‑the‑job training, culminating in a comprehensive hands‑on certification.
• Service customers on a well‑planned calendar, ensuring they are not serviced outside their scheduled service frequency.
• Establish and maintain a rapport with each customer contact, resolving concerns and improving service.
• Perform function checks, clean and sanitize Water Break units and eyewash stations; change water, clean interiors, replace water, and add antimicrobial additive; maintain clean appearance of van and equipment.
• Increase route volume by selling and meeting sales goals, including price increases and new product sales.
• Provide accurate invoicing and accounting, obtain signatures, complete paperwork, and maintain past‑due percentages.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Previous sales and or customer service experience.
