Minibar Attendant/Floating Attendant
We have a great opportunity for a Minibar Attendant/ Floating Attendant to join our housekeeping department at the Shangri-La Hotel London, located in The Shard. Mini Bar and Amenity Attendant replenishes guest room mini bar items and fruits in accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies established by Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts. You will require to keep an efficient stock and inform manager in advance of stock that needs to be purchased.

Our Mini bar attendant is also responsible for stock take count each month. Mini Bar Attendant /Floating Attendant is also required to perform any other tasks related to housekeeping department if needed.
Were looking for someone with
A pleasant & welcoming manner.
Intermediate, conversational fluency in English; full fluency is not essential as we offer complementary English lessons to help further develop your language skills and have a diverse multilingual workforce to support you.
Relevant experience within a similar environment.
Experience using KNOWCROSS software.
Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability.
Confidence and comfort with heights while working inside a high-rise building.
