Night Auditor

As Night Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel overnight, delivering excellent guest service while completing essential financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming service to all guests during the night shift
Carry out the nightly audit process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and balanced
Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
Respond to guest enquiries, requests, and any overnight issues promptly and professionally

Engage with guests via the Alliants Experience Platform, responding to messages, requests, and service needs in a timely and professional manner

Ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and the property overnight
Maintain strong communication with the Front Office and wider hotel team
Salary : £27,315 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
