Job Overview:
Under the direction of supervisors ensure that guests using the food and beverage outlets are provided with the highest possible level of service and guest care. Additionally, you will ensure that product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to guests according to Hotel policies, procedures and operating service standards.
