Long-Term Refurbishment Project

Are you a fully qualified Electrician with an in-date JIB Gold Card?

Regional Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to work on a residential refurbishment project in South London.

This is a long-term project with work expected to continue for approximately 12 months. The successful candidate must be a properly qualified Electrician capable of carrying out installation, second fix, testing and commissioning works to a high standard.

Qualifications

Essential:

· In-date JIB Gold Card

· NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent

· 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

· Appropriate qualifications to carry out the required electrical works

· Demonstrable testing and commissioning experience

Roles & Responsibilities

· Running and installing electrical cables

· Carrying out electrical installation works

· Completing second fix electrical works

· Testing electrical installations

· Commissioning completed works

· Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues where required

· Ensuring installations are completed to the required standard

· Working in accordance with current electrical regulations

· Coordinating with the wider refurbishment team

· Completing work safely and efficiently

Requirements

The successful candidate must:

· Be a fully qualified Electrician

· Hold an in-date JIB Gold Card

· Have strong second fix experience

· Be competent in testing and commissioning

· Be able to work independently

· Have previous experience working on refurbishment projects

· Be reliable and available for consistent work
