Customer Service Representative I

This is an onsite position at our Branch in Pecos, Texas.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and recording routine transactions for bank customers. We provide our customers with excellent customer service, greeting them by name, meeting their needs, and following up to be sure they were satisfied.

Hourly

• check cashing
• deposits
• withdrawals
• loan payments
• money transfers
• issuing cashier's checks and money orders
• processing of other types of customer requests
• counting and sorting cash
• opening and closing the branch
• participation in community activities and bank appointed meetings
• following bank policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements
• maintaining customer confidentiality
• any other duties as assigned

Reports to:

Branch Manager

Team Lead

• at least 18 years of age
• high school diploma or equivalent
• clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales, or customer service experience
• knowledge of customer service principles
• basic computer skills
• experience with Microsoft Office and/or Outlook

• strong numerical ability
• excellent listening and communication skills
• customer service oriented

• corrected vision
• must be able to lift to 20 pounds.
