Crockett is currently operating in its transitional home, Crockett West, while a brand-new state‑of‑the‑art facility is under construction. That new campus will open its doors in November 2026, with students, teachers, and staff moving in together at the start of the spring 2027 semester. Description/NotesPrimary
Purpose:
Direct and manage assigned areas of instructional program and campus operations. Oversee assigned student activities and services.
- Regularattendance and punctuality

- Followandsupport Board Policies in areas of related responsibility.
- Ensure District resources are managed effectively to maximize resources for student learning.
- Shareinthedevelopmentandimplementation of District success plans.
- Actively participate in ongoing development to improve work quality and District contribution.
- Modelintegrity, work ethic, and professionalism as a suitable example for PBT-ISD students.
Education/Certification:
- Master’s degree Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
- Certified Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (T-TESS) appraiser
Special Knowledge/
Skills:
- Knowledge of campus operations
- Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
- Ability to manage budget and personnel
- Ability to implement policy and procedures
- Ability to interpret data Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience: Three-years experience as a classroom teacher
Salary Range: 11 month contract: $85,290.09 (min) to $ (mid)
