Primary

Purpose:

Direct and manage assigned areas of instructional program and campus operations. Oversee assigned student activities and services.

• Regularattendance and punctuality

• Ensure District resources are managed effectively to maximize resources for student learning.
• Shareinthedevelopmentandimplementation of District success plans.

• Modelintegrity, work ethic, and professionalism as a suitable example for PBT-ISD students.

Education/Certification:

• Master’s degree Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
• Certified Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (T-TESS) appraiser

Special Knowledge/

Skills:

• Knowledge of campus operations
• Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
• Ability to manage budget and personnel
• Ability to implement policy and procedures
• Ability to interpret data Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience: Three-years experience as a classroom teacher

Salary Range: 11 month contract: $85,290.09 (min) to $ (mid)

• District annual contribution of $7,800.00 ($650.00 per month) toward health and/or other insurance
