Wärtsilä seeks a Control Room Operator for our Pecos, Texas power plant. You will monitor and control plant systems to ensure safe, continuous energy production, coordinating with maintenance and operations staff to manage real-time decisions.
The role requires 1+ year in an industrial control room, knowledge of SCADA/DCS/PLC, and the ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends. IBM Maximo experience is a plus.
