Lease Operators / Pumpers - 8/6 - $700/day - Pecos, TX
Rig Up is seeking Lease Operators to join their team in the Pecos, Texas area. These professionals will be responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of oil and gas production facilities. The ideal candidates are experienced in oil and gas production, safety-focused, and able to work independently in the field.
Perks & Benefits- $700 per day wage
- Full-time, contract opportunity
- Work in the Pecos/Ft. Stockton, Texas area
- 5-10 years of oil and gas production operations experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb, bend, and perform manual labor
- Willingness to work on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
