We are looking for top talent to join the Renewables & Clean Power business to deliver the largest natural gas projects in the company's history. This project is a nominal 2500MW "behind the meter" power complex that will provide electrical power directly to an adjoining data center complex and will be designed for an optional grid interconnection in the future. Bechtel is currently supporting the customer to define the behind-the-meter scope and design basis for the project, which will utilize multiple technologies, including Solar T350 Turbines, BESS, temporary load banks, an AIS substation/microgrid and GEV 7HA.02 combustion turbines to deliver reliable and responsive electric power generation.

The delivery of each of these asset classes is a project in and of itself, so the project will be structured with a project manager for each tranche of power asset class delivery. The project will be located 30 miles southeast of Pecos, TX, 80 miles west-southwest of Midland, TX. Draft project assignment conditions are available and are meant to offer flexibility to accommodate the diverse needs of our top talent for this revolutionary project.

In this role, you will work with the project team to assist in the preparation, establishment, and maintenance of schedule data for proposals or contracts. You will perform schedule development duties, monitoring, reporting, and analysis, and assist with schedule recovery plans. Your work will enable Bechtel to optimize scheduling details for critical activities to best achieve project deadlines and objectives. #LI-ML1

• Assists in the preparation of schedule data for proposals or contracts
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area or specialty
• Performs schedule development duties to include establishing the work breakdown structure (WBS), determining the work activity duration, establishing the proper workflow logic ties, and developing the required job expenditure
• Performs schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities and updating functions for specific applications, disciplines, or specialties
• Assists with maintenance of critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics
• Performs schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities
• Assists with schedule recovery plans

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience, or 6-9 years of relevant work experience

• Experience in performing quantity takeoffs, statistical analysis, and computer operations
• Skilled in understanding technical processes, engineering drawings, quantity determinations, and mathematical and financial reports
• Proficiency in using PC operating systems and several basic software applications. Proficiency in using multiple discipline-specific software applications currently used by Bechtel (Power BI, Primavera

• Skilled in oral and written communication
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired by taking selected discipline training courses or through practical experience
