The Pecos Municipal Court invites applications for an Alternate Municipal Court Judge. This contract position serves as an independent contractor to preside over municipal court matters, including class C misdemeanors and city matters, in the absence of the presiding judge. Compensation is hourly with added weekend and holiday pay.
Reports to the City Council and coordinates with City Manager. Requires legal expertise, ability to manage caseloads, and adherence to state law and city policies.
