Job duties include:
- Complete preventative maintenance checks throughout data center
- If identified as unrepairable, register a repair ticket
- Address units that have been placed in repair queue
- Diagnose unit and put unit in appropriate status (repair complete, in repair, etc.)
- Bench test units that have been resolved to ensure repairs are complete
- Unbox machines
- Rack equipment and complete cabling
- Keep data center cleaned and organized
- Previous technical experience
- Ability to provide first level troubleshooting and support
- Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position
