Project Manager, Operations Manager, Contracts Manager

12 Month Contract Top Responsibilities

• Handle project documentation, reporting, scheduling, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Verify subcontractor compliance with contracts, insurance, licensing, safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Client communication, risk reviews, and development of key project plans (execution, QA/QC, safety, staffing, procurement).
• Manage contracts, including RFP preparation, bidding, subcontractor selection, and change orders.
• Coordinate permits, site mobilization/demobilization planning, and materials receiving/management.
• Support audits, progress tracking, invoicing, and project closeout activities.
• Support project safety compliance and coordinate with teams to uphold Safety & Health standards.

• Asst. Project Manager: 2+ years of experience in construction management
• Sr. Project Manager: 10+ years of experience in construction management
• Experience with large/hyperscale construction projects
• Strong proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling, cost control, and document management software preferred
• OSHA 30 or 10 certification strongly preferred
• Ability to manage high workloads and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Independent decision-maker without oversight
• Strong communicator who can clearly relay onsite updates
• Must have proper PPE (Steel-toe boots, vest, gloves, helmets, etc.)
