The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience and proven expertise in leading large-scale projects, particularly in mission-critical environments. Responsibilities include management of program-level P&L, mentoring teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management/Engineering is required, along with proficiency in Primavera (P6).
