Required Skills:

Proven experience in Operating Room procedures, including pre-op, PACU, and circulating duties Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and accurately Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle call duties Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR preferred) Familiarity with general, gynecology, cataract, and orthopedic surgeries Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with new service lines such as cataracts and orthopedics Skills in managing complex cases in general and gynecology surgeries Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred

Education and Experience:

Current RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years recent OR nursing experience Prior experience in surgical units handling a variety of specialties is highly desirable Other Requirements:
Willingness to work 10-hour shifts plus call coverage Ability to secure housing prior to starting; note that facility housing has a waitlist Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous professional development This position offers competitive pay at $60.30 per hour, a 36-hour weekly guarantee with a 40-hour workweek, and comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, weekly direct deposit, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
