Northshore Home Health Care in Pecos, TX seeks a Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to provide bedside care for diverse patients. You will conduct individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans and collaborate with physicians to support examinations and treatments.
As an RN, you will administer and document prescribed medications, respond promptly to adverse symptoms, and perform procedures such as dressing changes, catheter insertions, and starting IVs as needed.
