As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $12.50-$14.50 per hour depending on your skills and experience.
• Paid training: live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.

• Part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours: 5‑11 hours per week

• Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: Using a mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory. Use technology for reporting time, providing feedback, and answering required surveys. Professional interaction with store employees, management, and customers is essential.
• Holiday support: Work additional days around holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May include weekend work on the actual holiday.
• Department resets: Participate in installations and tasks such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections. Notify two weeks in advance for remodel assignments that may include evenings or weekends.
• Team support: Support other merchandiser professionals in their territories when needed.

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and urgency. You must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds, and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will kneel, squat, walk, and stand during your shift, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Can read, write, and understand English.
• Can lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Can operate a digital handheld device for documents and information.
• Has access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Has consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
