- Actively participate in safety policies and procedures.
- Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Operate the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Participate in the inventory management of tools, parts, and equipment.
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs as necessary.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities, such as fabrication and welding.
- Perform tasks related to, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of facility and equipment.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, grounds, and facilities.
- Detect faulty operations and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas and facilities.
- Cleaning of air filters for the data center.
- Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers/teammates and leaders across the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma/GED is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC preferred.
- Willingness and ability to follow guidance from other staff members as well as management.
- Positive and professional attitude with very high attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
- Experience operating a variety of equipment, including lawn mowers, forklifts, scissor lifts, and small hand tools.
- Basic understanding of email and office software.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
