We are currently seeking Journeyman Electricians to support the construction of some of the most challenging and exciting projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission‑critical and water/wastewater treatment facilities.

: 50‑Hour work weeks plus optional overtime.

- Drive a growth‑motivated and safety‑first culture.
- Direct electrical construction work for assigned projects.
- Ensure professional resolution of escalated field‑related issues and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Field Leadership to maintain project flow and schedule.
- Enforce all NEC local codes and stay up to date on industry changes.
- Interpret drawings, sketches, software, plans and determine best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems.
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations.
- Install control and distribution apparatus and fasten in place.
- Test and start up systems and continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components by testing and starting up systems.
- Observe functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement.
- May be required to pull wire through conduit; connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment.
- Disassemble and repair defective electrical equipment or systems.
- Operate electrical and mechanical hand tools, power, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical tools.
- 5+ years of working knowledge of electrical construction experience.
- Proficient knowledge and compliance with all NEC and OSHA safety standards.
- Possess strong expertise in all aspects of trade‑related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, trade‑related calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day.
- Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area.
- Able to work a 40‑hour work week, with overtime and off‑hour shifts as required.
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location.
- An OSHA

This is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.
Physical Demands- Potentially lift up to 50 pounds.
- Potentially need to do repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching (or working above shoulder), walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
