Trillium Construction in West Texas is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a long-term data center project. The role requires operating excavators, loaders, skid steers and similar dirt-moving gear on a commercial site.
We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with 10‑hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM), approx. 50 hours per week, travel between sites, and an overnight lodging arrangement. A $60/day meal stipend is provided for each day worked.
