Equipment Share is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) at our Pecos, TX facility. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using real-time data and company tech to manage work orders and service intervals.
The role is on-site with typical hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and possible on-call shifts with extra pay. A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 may be offered based on experience.
