- Maintain, install, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize electrical equipment supporting oil & gas field operations.
- Install and maintain electrical motors, control panels, conduit, wiring, grounding systems, surge protection, and ESP surface equipment.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, including line fuses, reclosers, underground cable, POCs, and control systems.
- Support safe and reliable production operations while communicating electrical issues and required repairs to supervisors.
- Maintain company vehicle, electrical tools, and equipment; participate in a 24-hour call rotation and weekend rotation as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of related electrical work experience.
- Working knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards within the oil & gas industry.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, control panels, motors, and field equipment.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, participate in weekend rotation and 24-hour call coverage, and work overtime as needed.
- Experience working as an electrician in oil & gas production or field operations.
- Experience with high-voltage electrical systems, hot sticks, line fuses, and reclosers.
- Experience installing and troubleshooting control panels, conduit, wiring, grounding systems, and ESP surface equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical safety, process safety, emergency response, risk management, and management-of-change practices.
- PEC Safeland Certification and ANSI Z390.1-2017 instructor-led H2S training.
