These professionals will play a key role in supporting large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. • Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or similar setting
• Valid operator’s license or certification for relevant equipment (e.g., crane operator certification, forklift license)
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching, walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, etc.
• Compliance with drug test and background check requirements
