As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring their stay is seamless. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling bookings, enquiries, and guest check-ins/check-outs
• Managing reservations and payments
• Providing local knowledge and answering guest questions
• Delivering exceptional customer service every time

• A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working with the public
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Previous customer service experience (hospitality experience is a bonus!)
