Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
Perform daily inspections of machines and investigate, fix, and report any issues found and as reported via work order system
Assemble and repair furniture, beds, wheelchairs, and bio-med equipment as necessary
Perform basic HVAC maintenance and electrical repairs
Ensure that daily activities in the facility can be performed without interruption
Perform painting and related plastering repairs
Assist in the removal of snow, ice, debris, etc.
Adhere to and implement all facility safety and infection control policies
Maintenance Technician Requirements
High school diploma or its equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in maintenance
