- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Finance or Accounting position
- Strong understanding of financial administration processes, reimbursement, accounts payable/receivable, and financial documentation management
- Proficient in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and transaction reports
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other financial formulas)
- Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP software is preferred
- Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated integrity, discipline, and responsibility in handling confidential financial data
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines effectively
