FOX Hotel Pekanbaru is currently looking for a passionate Front Office Manager.
Job Description- Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly management reports are up to date and completed in accordance with corporate and brand requirements and procedures.
- Design the budget, analyze and monitor the results for the Front Office department and take appropriate actions and decisions.
- Regularly check customer comments, handle guest complaints/requests concerning services from all areas of operation and make final decisions, which are referred and confirmed by the respective Department Heads.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a FOM in a 4‑star hotel
- Proficient in interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership, excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Passionate about delivering great quality of customer service
