Relationship Manager - Business Development, Shopee Food (Pekanbaru)
Act as the Shopee Food representative responsible for maintaining relationships with merchants.
Responsible for maintaining merchant performance by offering participation in campaigns and other Shopee Food services through online channels (Email, Whats App blast, and telephone).
Responsible for educating merchants about the importance of store quality and operations on Shopee Food to help them gain more sales.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
- Target-oriented.
- Proficient in usingli>
- Experience working in a dynamic environment.
- Experience or interest in E-wallet platforms, food delivery, and e-commerce business.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru.
