Purpose

of the Role

Drive revenue growth and expand market share by promoting and selling products to all channels. Build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and exceed sales targets.

What You’ll Do

Achieve monthly sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Identify and prospect new customers to expand the distribution network.
Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular visits, follow‑ups, and excellent customer service.
Provide product knowledge and information to customers.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 3 years of sales experience.
Possess a Class C driver’s license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, pharmacies, and hospitals.
Team player with a strong work ethic, high level of honesty and discipline.
Willingness to work in various locations.
Familiarity with the Pekanbaru area.
Proficiency in computer operations.
