• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering WOW! or 5-Star service.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
• Work independently and on a team to rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using our Point-of-Sale System (POS), complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Perform daily walks of the property, cleaning units and the property, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.).
• Maintain facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and other light activities.
• Keep a clean and safe storage facility to ensure conditions meet company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors).

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the workday.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder as required.

The hourly rate for this role is $17.61 - $19.25, depending on experience. Some locations may require Sunday hours.
