Job Summary: The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Pay: $16.50 hourly. Pay reviewed with experience, skills, location, market data.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment use to protect floors and fixtures
• Notify Manager about needed repairs or additions to building systems
• Communicate with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment; use hand trucks if needed
• Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Wash and replace blinds
• Gather and empty trash
• Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, removing snow
• Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms
