We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Auto Detail Shop Manager to lead our detailing department. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy leading a team, and want to grow with a supportive, family-run dealership—this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the detail shop
- Manage and motivate a team of detail technicians
- Ensure high-quality interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Schedule workflow and maintain efficiency
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Uphold dealership standards and customer satisfaction
- Previous auto detailing experience (management preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
