Nippon Sanso Matheson is looking for Team Members for our manufacturing plant in Pekin, IL. Our Team Members are responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality and productivity. This position is a 12‑hour shift from either 7 AM–7 PM, working every other weekend and scheduled holidays. New higher wages:
Starting wage $20.00/hour with a $2.00 night‑shift differential.

• Pack and wrap ice to customer specifications
• Shovel and package dry ice during the manufacturing process—including labeling, strapping and staging for loading
• Clean and sanitize large industrial containers
• Operate a forklift safely
• Move between departments or positions/stations as directed by supervisor and leads

• Able to frequently/continually lift 30 lbs while twisting, reaching and bending
• Able to stand for a 12‑hour shift in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
• Demonstrated ability to work on a team
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

• Experience required / preferred 1–3 years
• Desired food‑safety experience
• Knowledge, skills and abilities
• Ability to speak up and act right, watch out for others and help instead of watching others work; follows directions, arrives on time, understands and follows safe work practices

• Stand for a 12‑hour shift in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
