Compensation

• Hourly wage $15 - $28 per hour (actual hourly rate equals or exceeds the local minimum wage).
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid $0.35 – $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
