• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, and entities
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements
• Assist clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting needs
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support client decision-making
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and accounting standards
• Collaborate with team members to manage client accounts and deadlines efficiently
• Support audit preparation and respond to tax notices as needed

• CPA license or working toward CPA certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1+ years of public accounting or staff accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of tax preparation, GAAP, and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
