Service Scheduler - ADV

Description We are looking for a Service Scheduler - ADV to support daily service coordination and administrative operations in Pelham, Alabama. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer communication, calendar management, and fast-paced scheduling needs. The successful candidate will help organize appointments, coordinate service activity, and keep office workflows running smoothly while maintaining a high-quality experience for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate service appointments and adjust schedules to align technicians, customer availability, and operational priorities.

- Respond to inbound calls and messages, provide clear information, and direct requests to the appropriate team members.

- Maintain calendars, arrange meetings, and support conference or teleconference logistics for internal coordination.

- Prepare, organize, and manage correspondence, service-related documentation, and filing systems with accuracy.

- Partner with operations staff to support dispatching activities and ensure timely communication around service needs.

- Assist with materials handling and administrative tracking to support field service and office functions.

- Provide general office support related to procedures, record maintenance, and day-to-day coordination tasks.

- Contribute to hiring and HR administrative activities by helping schedule interviews and organize related paperwork. Requirements - High school diploma required.

- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office administration.

- Ability to manage multiple appointments, calendars, and changing priorities with strong planning skills.

- Comfortable handling inbound calls and communicating professionally with customers, technicians, and internal teams.

- Working knowledge of administrative procedures, correspondence management, and document filing.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including coordination of meetings and conference calls.

- Familiarity with service-based environments such as HVAC or similar operational settings is preferred.

- Ability to support materials movement and perform physical tasks that may include heavy lifting when needed. Talent Match®
